We use Fastspring as our payment gateway. After we receive the payment, the license key is sent within 48 hours to the email address that you provided in the payment form. For any purchase issues, our sales will be ready to serve you and solve the problem.Is there any money back guarantee?
We provide free license limited to a maximum of five users. With this license you can try the fully functional GeniusWiki for as long as you wish. But we may still return your money if there is a valid reason for your dissatisfaction.What kind support do I get?
At this time, we provide 7*24 email support for all non-free users. The support email address can be found in your license notification email.What is the meaning of "upgrade"?
Upgrade means that the users choose a new plan, in which the number of users is larger than current plan.Can I downgrade my plan?
Sorry, we don't accept downgrade at the moment.What happens if I don't update after the license expires?
You still can use your current version without any problem. But you cannot update to the latest version of GeniusWiki as your license becomes invalid. Our support is terminated as well.How do I update my license before it expires?
We will send you an invoice email few weeks before your license expires. The email provides information to complete the update process. The update price is 30% off as compared to the purchase price of a new license.What is your end user license agreement?
